Terms & Conditions Opra Promo Pros
Please carefully review the following Terms & Conditions before placing an Express Order with us. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms:
1. Acceptance of Sales Order
By placing an order with Opra Promo Pros, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. This Sales Order serves as confirmation of your order and establishes a legally binding contract between you as ‘Customer’ and ‘Opra Promo Pros’.
2. In Hands Date
The estimated delivery date provided on this Sales Order is subject to change based on your payment and approval of proof. The "In Hands Date" refers to the expected date when the ordered products will be ready for pickup or dispatched for delivery. Please note that the actual delivery date may vary depending on factors such as production schedule, product availability, and shipping logistics.
3. Delivery Services
We offer three delivery services to meet your needs:
a. O-Express Deliveries: Estimated delivery time between 3 - 5 business days.
b. Standard Deliveries: Estimated delivery time between 4 - 5 weeks.
c. Tailormade Deliveries: Estimated delivery time between 6 - 12 weeks.
4. Pricing and Inclusions
The price stated on this Sales Order includes freight and duties and covers delivery to your doorstep within CURACAO. Please note that as of 1st March 2023, additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of Curacao. The pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
One color imprint on one location unless the item explicitly specifies more than one color. Any additional color imprints or special customization requests may be subject to extra charges, which will be communicated separately.
5. Orders Overruns and Underruns
Orders are subject to overruns or underruns of 5% to 10% more or less than the quantity ordered. We strive to provide as close to the exact ordered quantity as possible, but variations within this range may occur. In certain instances, receiving the exact ordered quantity is feasible, but an extra fee may apply for this service.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. 100% Full Payment Approval within 24 Hours for O-Express Deliveries
To prioritize the quick processing and production of your Express Order, we require 100% full payment within 24 hours of placing the order. Failure to make payment on time may result in delays in the production and delivery of the order. Opra Promo Pros reserves the right to withhold shipment until the payment is received in full.
6.2. 75% Down Payment and 25% by Delivery within 48 Hours for Standard Deliveries and Tailormade Deliveries.
To prioritize the quick processing and production of your order, we require a down payment of 75% of the total order value within 48 hours of placing the order. The remaining 25% of the payment will be due upon delivery.
7. Approval of Proof
If your order requires artwork, design, or any form of customization, you will be provided with proof for approval before production begins. It is the Customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof. Any delay in approving the proof may impact the In Hands Date.
Proof approval is also required within this timeframe. Please carefully review your quotation within 24 hours to ensure timely processing. Any changes made to the approved decoration after this timeframe will result in a delay of 1 extra day for your order or 1 week for your order.
8. Changes to the Order
Any changes to the order, including but not limited to quantity, product specifications, or artwork, must be communicated to Opra Promo Pros in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but such modifications may affect the In Hands Date and may be subject to additional charges. A maximum of one change is allowed. For additional changes beyond this limit, a fee of ANG 75,- per change will be charged. Any changes made after the timeframe will result in a delay of 1 extra day or 1 week for your order.
9. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or online payment platforms. Details regarding the accepted payment methods will be provided during the order placement process. Please ensure that full payment is made within the specified timeframe to avoid any delays in production.
10. Order Confirmation and Production Time
Once we receive full payment and decoration approval within the specified timeframe, we will confirm your order and initiate the production process immediately. Please note that the production time of 3 to 5 days will begin from the date and time of payment confirmation.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery will be carried out according to the agreed-upon method and timeframe. Opra Promo Pros will not be liable for any delays or damages caused during transportation once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
12. Product Acceptance
Upon receipt of the ordered products, the Customer must inspect the items for any defects, damage, or discrepancies. Any issues must be reported to Opra Promo Pros within 3 days of receipt. Failure to notify Opra Promo Pros within this period will be considered as acceptance of the products.
13. Limitation of Liability
Opra Promo Pros shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the products provided in this Sales Order.
14. Entire Agreement
This Sales Order, along with any attachments or referenced policies, constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Opra Promo Pros regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
15. One Price, Including Decoration
Our pricing structure for Express Orders includes the cost of decoration. The price you see includes the customization or decoration of the products as per your requirements.
16. One-Time Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee will be applied to cover the initial setup and preparation required for customization. This fee ensures that your customization needs are met, and the production process can begin promptly. (Setup Fee is per color)
17. Logo or Decoration Requirements
For Orders, your logo or decoration needs to meet the standard of PDF Vector format. This format ensures the best quality and clarity for customization purposes. If you do not have your logo in PDF Vector format, our team can assist you in vectorizing your logo for a fee of ANG 125, -. This fee will be applied to cover the conversion process and ensure that your logo meets the necessary standards for flawless customization.
18. Logo or Customization Requirements
For Extremely Customized Items, we require detailed specifications for the customization. Our team will work closely with you to understand your specific requirements and ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
19. Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been approved, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an approved order, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value will be charged.
20. Communication and Updates
Our team will maintain open communication with you throughout the production process, providing updates on the status of your Express Order. In case of any unforeseen circumstances or delays, we will promptly inform you and work towards resolving the issue as efficiently as possible.
